        Same-sex marriage ( also known as gay marriage ) is a marriage between two people who have sex and / or gender identity .This marriage sebernarnya already allowed in 15 other countries .Same-sex marriage can be conducted in a civil ceremony in a setting that is secular or religious . Various religious communities around the world to support permit same-sex couples to marry or perform same-sex marriage ceremonies , such as the Swedish Church , Quakers , Episcopalians United States , Metropolitan Community Church , United Church of Christ , United Church of Canada , Buddhism in Australia , and Reform Jews conservative , Wicca , Druid , Unitarian Universalist , and religious traditions of Native Americans with two - spirit , as well as the various Christian, Muslim , Hindu , Buddhist , and Jewish groups and various religious and other small denominations progressive and modern .

               as is known same-sex marriage is not allowed justruu in Indonesia. according to article 1 of Law No. 1 of 1984 on marriage, said marriage is a bond between the inner and outer man with a woman as husband and wife. Besides, Article 32 paragraph (1) law no.23 of 2006 on population administration says marriage is only recognized by the state of marriage between men and women. of the marriage between same-sex religion has expressly prohibited. it diihat in surah al-araaf ayat 80-84

               so in my opinion it was banned same-sex marriage. because they violate the laws and banned from the religion of Islam.

not only that, if they do the same-sex marriage, it seems they will not have children, which, as desired by the couple that have children is the best gift we get.

many people in Indonesia who disagree about same-sex marriage legislation and many also agree on the law.I think it's better these laws do not passed.
